I wanna say thank you to everyone whoever accepted me for who I am, and always let me do me. I'm just a kid from Westside Los Angeles tryna make good music. A lot of people hop on trends and do what's "IN" for popularity and to be "cool". My boy Gav said, "To keep a POSITIVE attitude about LIFE and a world of PEACE, UNITY AND PROGRESS" was the real meaning to being "cool". I stick to what I know and what I've been taught. I couldn't never drastically change up so I can get bigger. Not saying change isn't good, but there's a difference between a progressive change, and changing from who you really are. A lot of young folks get those two twisted. It's the last week of summer, friends are going off to college and moving up and on with there lives, I wish the best to you all. I learned a lot these last few months, a little more mature when it comes to live, love and music...It's only UP from here....

It's 4AM. I'm chillin, overlooking my progress & projects. I remember being the snot nose kid running round with a head full of dreams. I hate being round people that stay saying "when i make it". We need to stop saying and JUST DO IT.(No Nike). But there's a part of our generation with a fucked up mindstate and way of thinking when it comes to life, growth and maturity. I'm usually the kid people see as different. I question myself on what makes me different from others. But then I look at all the cliche shit people do, and I see why I am. I just push the issue about people being themselves. At the end of the day, behind the egos, and arrogance, you gotta face yourself, and you know who you truly are. Life's good though. A young dude just tryna make it. All love on my end...Do you.

This past week been real cool, chillin and working. I didn't use to know how to prioritize time, but that comes with age and maturity. Finishing the video for "Tops Come Down" tomorrow, on Fairfax, and Downtown LA, if you spot me...holla "Whaddup LaVish" lol. But I'm thankful for the people life has surrounded me with. It's no negativity (well at least not my circle, but negativity is always gonna be around), just a bunch of folks handling there's and pushing towards a more positive outlook and life. I'll look back a year from now and wonder what I was thinking but thats everyone. A lot of people hate growth, and change. But with life we have to do both.

Moving On.

Every day is a new one. Everyday I try and progress. I grow (mentally) by the day. I think in a new way I wouldn't have yesterday. I look back on past relationships and experiences like "why did I do that?" or "why was I with her?". You learn from everything you do and every trial & tribulation your put through. I'm glad I keep the positive uplifting people around me. Though there's the negativity. But I view that as a rain check to keep me doing my thing and humble. Everything in life happens for a reason. I wonder sometimes why I know the people I know, or why certain things that take place do...I'll prolly understand all that when I get older. But right now all I can do is be the guy I was raised to be. I plan on making it big someday, no time for waiting or be being patient. If you got a dream, chase it.
